The Lexus CT Bolt Pattern

Every Lexus CT 200h uses 5x100 with a 54.1mm hub bore. That is the same bolt pattern and hub bore as the third generation Toyota Prius and the Toyota Auris hatch, both of which share the E150 platform with the CT 200h. The 5x100 pattern is also found on the Toyota Corolla of the same era and on a number of Subaru and Volkswagen platforms, so cross-platform wheel options open up in directions that the rest of the Lexus lineup does not share. The hub bore stays 54.1mm across every CT variant.

Important to flag clearly. The CT 200h does NOT share its bolt pattern with the rest of the Lexus mainstream lineup. The Lexus IS, ES, GS, RC, and RX all run 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore. A wheel from an IS 250 or an ES 350 will not bolt onto a CT 200h, and a CT 200h wheel will not bolt onto any of those larger Lexus platforms. The lug count is the same (five), but the bolt circle diameter is different (100mm vs 114.3mm) and the hub bore is different (54.1mm vs 60.1mm). Same Platform as the Third Generation Prius

Under the body, the CT 200h is built on the same Toyota E150 platform as the third generation Toyota Prius (2010-2015) and the Toyota Auris hatch sold in Europe and Japan. The CT 200h runs the 2ZR-FXE 1.8L Atkinson-cycle inline-four paired with the Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive system, which is the same powertrain found in the Prius of the same era. Lexus added a stiffer suspension setup, premium interior materials, a more aggressive body, and the L-finesse styling language on top of the Toyota underpinnings. The wheel and brake hardware sits closer to the Prius end of the lineage than the Lexus IS end, which is why the bolt pattern reads as Prius rather than Lexus mainstream.

Practical implication. A wheel cataloged for the third generation Toyota Prius or the Toyota Auris of the same era will share lug math and hub centering with the CT 200h. Width and offset still need to be checked against the CT specifically because the Lexus body and suspension geometry differs from the Prius and the Auris. Front and rear brake are matched in size on every CT 200h in our catalog.
