That imperial nickname refers ONLY to 5x114.3 (114.3mm = 4.5 inches) and not to 5x115. A wheel listed for 5x115 (current Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger LX, some Mustang trims) will NOT bolt onto a Lexus HS, even though the difference reads as less than a millimeter on a tape measure. The hub bore stays 60.1mm across every HS variant.

One platform note worth knowing. Lexus brought two hybrid models into the US lineup at around the same time. The HS 250h is the hybrid sedan (2010-2012) and runs the mainstream Lexus bolt pattern of 5x114.3 / 60.1mm. The CT 200h is the hybrid hatch (2011-2017) and runs 5x100 / 54.1mm because it sits on a different Toyota platform underneath. The HS 250h: Lexus's First Dedicated Hybrid Sedan

The HS 250h is the only Lexus HS generation that ever reached US showrooms. It was Lexus's first purpose-built hybrid model in the brand's lineup, distinct from earlier Lexus hybrids like the GS 450h and RX 400h, which were hybrid versions of existing gas-powered platforms. The HS was designed from the start as a hybrid. Underneath, it sits on the Toyota MC platform shared with the Toyota Avensis. The powertrain is the 2AZ-FXE 2.4L Atkinson-cycle inline-four paired with the Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive system. Lexus brought the HS to the US for the 2010 model year and discontinued it after the 2012 model year. The total US production run is short, which makes the HS 250h a relatively low-volume car on the used market.
