The RZ ships AWD-standard in the US with twin electric motors front and rear. For wheel fitment that matters in two ways. The bolt pattern is 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore, in line with the rest of the Lexus crossover lineup. Every Lexus RZ 450e uses 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore. The 5x114.3 pattern is also written as 5x4.5 in imperial, because 114.3mm equals 4.5 inches exactly. That imperial nickname refers ONLY to 5x114.3 and not to 5x115. A wheel listed for 5x115 (current Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger LX, certain Mustang trims) will NOT bolt onto a Lexus RZ, even though the difference reads as less than a millimeter. The lug stress geometry is different and the wheel is not safe on the RZ hub.

The RZ shares its 5x114.3 / 60.1mm bolt pattern with the rest of the Lexus passenger-car and crossover lineup, including the IS, GS, ES, RC, RX, NX, and UX. The 5x114.3 / 60.1mm combination is the dominant Lexus spec across cars and crossovers. Only the full-size LS sedan in 5x120, the LC grand tourer in 5x120, and the body-on-frame LX SUV in 5x150 depart from it. That makes the RZ bolt pattern broadly interchangeable at the lug-circle level with the rest of the Lexus lineup, with the caveat that the RZ is a battery electric platform with its own ride height, suspension geometry, and wheel offset window. Same e-TNGA Platform as the Toyota bZ4X and Subaru Solterra

Under the body, the RZ 450e is built on Toyota's e-TNGA architecture. e-TNGA is a dedicated battery electric vehicle platform that Toyota engineered specifically for EVs rather than adapting from an existing combustion platform. The RZ shares this architecture with two siblings: the Toyota bZ4X and the Subaru Solterra. All three are mechanically related at the platform level, including the bolt pattern, hub bore, and lug spec. The RZ adds Lexus-specific suspension tuning, a more premium interior, the L-finesse styling language, and slightly higher peak output from the twin motor drive unit.

Practical implication. A wheel cataloged for the Toyota bZ4X or the Subaru Solterra of the same generation shares lug math and hub centering with the RZ. Width and offset still need to be checked against the RZ specifically because Lexus tuned the ride height and the fender clearance differently than the Toyota and the Subaru. The 60.1mm hub bore matches the RZ exactly across all three platforms.

The other RZ-specific consideration is the EV drivetrain itself. With a battery pack mounted in the floor and twin electric motors driving each axle, unsprung weight at the wheel matters more on the RZ than on a comparable combustion crossover. Lighter aftermarket wheels translate more directly into range gains because the motors are not fighting rotational inertia at every acceleration cycle. The factory wheels on the RZ already trend toward lighter alloy construction for this reason.
