Lexus UX Aftermarket Wheel Fitment
The Lexus UX is Lexus's subcompact luxury crossover, sized to slot beneath the NX as the entry point into the Lexus SUV lineup. It launched for the 2019 model year and replaced the CT 200h slot in the US Lexus range with a higher seating position, a small crossover stance, and a hybrid drivetrain option. The lineup in the US has run three trims across the production span. The UX 200 with a gas inline-four and front-wheel drive (2019-2022, then discontinued in the US), the UX 250h with the Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive system in front-wheel or all-wheel drive (2019-2024), and the refreshed UX 300h hybrid for 2025 and up. Every UX in our catalog uses 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore. Lug spec is M12x1.5. Element Wheels measures the UX directly and stocks fitments in the 18-22 inch range. Pick your trim below for the fitment specs that apply to your specific UX.
Find Your Lexus UX
Pick your UX trim to see wheels and rims that fit. Bolt pattern is 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore on every UX, with M12x1.5 lug spec across the lineup, and the brake hardware is matched front and rear.
The Lexus UX Bolt Pattern
Every Lexus UX uses 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore. That holds across the UX 200, the UX 250h, and the refreshed UX 300h. Lug spec is M12x1.5 across every trim. The 5x114.3 pattern is also written as 5x4.5 in imperial because 114.3mm equals 4.5 inches exactly. That imperial nickname refers ONLY to 5x114.3 and not to 5x115. A wheel listed for 5x115 will NOT bolt onto a Lexus UX, even though the difference reads as less than a millimeter. The lug stress geometry is different and the wheel is not safe on the UX hub.
The UX shares its 5x114.3 / 60.1mm bolt pattern with the rest of the Lexus passenger-car and crossover lineup. That includes the IS, GS, ES, RC, RX, NX, and RZ. The 5x114.3 / 60.1mm combination is the dominant Lexus spec across cars and crossovers. Only the full-size LS sedan in 5x120, the LC grand tourer in 5x120, the three-row TX in 5x120, and the body-on-frame LX SUV in 5x150 depart from it. That makes the UX bolt pattern broadly interchangeable at the lug-circle level with the rest of the Lexus lineup, with the caveat that ride height, suspension geometry, and wheel offset windows are platform-specific and we measure them separately. Compare across the rest of the Lexus lineup at our Lexus wheels and rims hub.
Same Platform Family as the Toyota C-HR and Corolla Cross
Under the body, the Lexus UX is built on Toyota's GA-C platform (also referred to as TNGA-C), the subcompact architecture that also underpins the Toyota C-HR and the Toyota Corolla Cross. All three are mechanically related at the platform level, including the bolt pattern, hub bore, and lug spec. Lexus added a stiffer suspension setup, premium interior materials, the L-finesse styling language, and on the UX 250h and UX 300h the Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive system on top of the Toyota underpinnings. The UX runs a higher seating position than a Corolla sedan but stays on the same compact platform footprint.
Practical implication. A wheel cataloged for the Toyota C-HR or the Toyota Corolla Cross will share lug math and hub centering with the UX. Width and offset still need to be checked against the UX specifically because Lexus tuned the fender geometry and the ride height differently than the Toyota siblings. The 60.1mm hub bore matches the UX exactly across all three platforms. Note that the US-market UX 250h (and 2025 and up UX 300h) is available in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations. The AWD version uses a small rear electric motor to drive the rear axle rather than a mechanical driveshaft, so the rear wheel and tire setup still wants matched circumference with the front to keep the front and rear motors in phase.
Element Wheels Measured Aftermarket Fitment, Lexus UX
Publishable factory and wheel specs across the Lexus UX lineup:
- UX 200 / UX 250h / UX 300h (2019 and up): 5x114.3 bolt pattern, 60.1mm hub bore, M12x1.5 lug. Element aftermarket diameter range: 18-22 inch. Aftermarket width range: 8-9 inch front and rear. Square setup (front and rear matched). Front and rear brake matched in size.
For your exact aftermarket offset, three options:
- 1. Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your specific UX (each listing shows its own offset).
- 2. Browse the UX wheel gallery for real-life builds with size, offset, and tire spec captions.
- 3. Call or chat with our team for a free fitment consultation.
Every wheel we recommend is backed by our Fitment Guarantee. If a wheel does not fit, we pick up the wheels and refund 100 percent. No risk to you.
How We Confirm Fitment on Lexus UX Wheels
Element Wheels measures fitment on the platforms we sell wheels for, including the Lexus UX from the 2019 launch through the current UX 300h. For the UX that means clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension, brake caliper height, hub bore confirmation, lug seat geometry, and turning clearance with the wheel and tire installed. The UX is a smaller crossover than the NX or RX, so the fender well is tighter and the offset window narrower than on the larger Lexus SUVs. At our fitment facility in Chandler, Arizona, the Element Wheels team measures directly on the physical platforms we support. We don't pull specs from manufacturer sheets the way most retailers do. That measurement work is what produced the 18 inch diameter floor and the 22 inch ceiling on this page.
Lexus UX Wheels and Rims FAQ
What is the bolt pattern on a Lexus UX?
Every Lexus UX uses 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore. That holds across the UX 200, the UX 250h hybrid, and the UX 300h refreshed hybrid. Lug spec is M12x1.5 across every trim.
Will Toyota C-HR or Toyota Corolla Cross wheels fit a Lexus UX?
Same platform, same fitment family. The UX shares Toyota's GA-C / TNGA-C subcompact platform with the Toyota C-HR and the Toyota Corolla Cross. Bolt pattern (5x114.3), hub bore (60.1mm), and lug count cross between all three. Width and offset still need to be confirmed against the UX specifically because Lexus tuned the fender geometry and the ride height differently than the Toyota siblings.
What size wheels and tires came on the Lexus UX from the factory?
The UX 200 and the UX 250h ship on 17 or 18 inch factory wheels depending on trim, with the F SPORT trim option carrying the 18 inch spec. The 2025 and up UX 300h continues with the 18 inch factory size. All UX trims run a square factory setup (matched front and rear). Common factory tire sizes include 215/60R17 on the base and 225/50R18 on the F SPORT.
Can I run staggered wheels on a Lexus UX?
No. We measure square fitment on every UX. The UX is a front wheel drive crossover in its base configuration and an electric-AWD hybrid in its UX 250h AWD and UX 300h AWD variants. Neither configuration benefits from a staggered setup. The FWD UX wants matched circumference up front for the front-axle geometry, and the AWD UX needs matched circumference at all four corners to keep the front engine and the rear electric motor in phase. A square setup also keeps tire rotation possible across all four corners. The wheel and tire spec is the same on every UX in our catalog.
What is the largest wheel I can fit on a Lexus UX?
Our measured aftermarket window tops at 22 inch on the UX. The full range is 18 to 22 inch. Most UX builds we ship land between 19 and 20 inch, which is where the wheel fills the subcompact fender well without thinning the tire sidewall to a point that hurts ride quality on the smaller chassis. Above 20 inch on the UX the sidewall gets thin enough that the ride starts to suffer, and the hybrid fuel-economy benefit starts working against the unsprung weight increase.
Will wheels from other Lexus models fit a Lexus UX?
Bolt pattern crosses with most of the Lexus lineup. The UX, IS, GS, ES, RC, RX, NX, and RZ all share 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore, so the wheel threads onto the hub mechanically. Whether the wheel actually fits the UX depends on diameter, width, offset, and fender clearance. An IS 350 wheel is built for a sedan ride height and may sit too tucked on the UX. An NX wheel is closer in chassis dimensions and the cross-fit rate is higher. The Lexus LS, LC, and TX run 5x120 instead, so wheels from those models will NOT bolt onto a UX. Use the Year/Make/Model search to confirm fitment was tested on the UX specifically.
Do I need hub centric rings on a Lexus UX?
Hub centric rings only when the aftermarket wheel has a centerbore larger than 60.1mm. That holds across every Lexus UX. If your fitment needs rings, they'll be included with the order.
How do I find the right wheels for my specific Lexus UX build?
Two steps. Confirm your model year and trim (UX 200 2019-2022, UX 250h 2019-2024, or UX 300h 2025 and up, plus the F SPORT trim option where applicable) and your drivetrain (FWD or AWD). Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your UX and browse the wheel gallery for real-life builds. Filter by 5x114.3 bolt pattern when shopping outside the UX-specific listings. Every wheel we recommend is backed by the Fitment Guarantee.
