Lincoln is one of the longer running American luxury platforms in our customer base, with the Navigator, Aviator, Nautilus, and Corsair anchoring the modern SUV-heavy lineup and the Town Car and Continental representing the legacy sedan side. The modern Lincoln lineup has shifted almost entirely toward SUVs and crossovers. Lincoln fitment splits between three main patterns. The Navigator and Mark LT use 6x135 shared with the Ford F-150 and Expedition. The sedans and crossovers (Continental, MKZ, MKX, MKC, MKS, MKT, Corsair, Nautilus, Aviator) use 5x108 shared with the modern Ford car and crossover lineup. The older Town Car, MKS, MKT, and the Aviator first generation used 5x114.3 on the older Ford platforms. The Lincoln Bolt Pattern Landscape

Lincoln splits between the Navigator full size truck class pattern (6x135) and the sedan and crossover lineup (5x108 or 5x114.3 depending on generation).

The Navigator on the F-150 truck pattern does not share wheels with the Aviator or other Lincoln SUVs. The lineup has moved almost entirely to 5x108 on the modern crossovers but the Town Car and older Aviator are 5x114.3.

The Lincoln Navigator, Aviator, and the Truck-Class SUV Family

The Navigator is the Lincoln SUV flagship and runs on the Ford F-150 truck platform. The 6x135 bolt pattern is shared with the F-150 and Expedition, which gives Navigator owners access to the broader Ford truck aftermarket. The Navigator Black Label and Reserve trims add larger brakes than the base Navigator but the offset windows are consistent across most trims. The first generation Navigator (1998-2002) used 5x135 before moving to 6x135 for the 2003 redesign.

The modern Aviator (2020 and newer) is a unibody crossover on the Ford Explorer platform, not the truck platform of the Navigator. The Aviator uses 5x108 like the rest of the modern Lincoln crossover lineup (Corsair, Nautilus). A wheel that fits a Navigator will not fit an Aviator. The older Aviator (2003-2005) was built on the Ford Explorer truck frame platform and used 5x114.3, which is a different pattern again.

The Corsair, Nautilus, MKZ, MKX, and MKC share the modern Ford crossover and sedan 5x108 pattern. Wheels often cross between these models with confirmation of offset and brake clearance. The MKC and Corsair share the Ford Escape platform underneath. The MKX and Nautilus share the Ford Edge platform underneath.

How We Confirm Fitment

Element Wheels measures fitment on Lincoln models we sell wheels for. For each chassis and brake combination we measure clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and any suspension components, brake caliper height, hub protrusion, lug height, and how much room the front wheel has when turning lock to lock. We do this on the car, not from a spec sheet.

That measurement work covers the most active Lincoln platforms across the catalog. The Navigator is tracked separately on the 6x135 Ford F-150 platform. The modern Aviator (Ford Explorer unibody platform) is tracked separately from the older Aviator (Ford Explorer truck frame platform) because the bolt patterns differ. The Corsair, Nautilus, MKC, MKX, and MKZ are tracked separately on the 5x108 platform with their own brake clearance windows.
