The 2013 and up Sentra (B17 and the current B18) moved the entire lineup to 5 lugs on 5x114.3 with the 66.1mm hub bore. Lug thread is M12x1.25 on every Sentra generation. On the modern 5-lug Sentra, 5x114.3 carries the 5x4.5 imperial nickname (114.3mm equals exactly 4.5 inches), which is where some wheel listings show "5x4.5" instead of the metric callout. 5x114.3 is the most common 5-lug Japanese bolt pattern, shared across the Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Mazda, and Mitsubishi lineups. The detail that trips buyers. 5x114.3 is NOT the same as 5x115 used on some American sedans (the Chrysler 300, the Dodge Charger LX). The two patterns sit only 0.7mm apart but the lugs do not align. The B16 Spec-V (2007-2012) is the one variant during the 4-lug era that went to 5 lugs, because Nissan paired the Spec-V's QR25DE 2.5L engine and 6-speed manual with an upgraded brake and hub package that required 5 lugs. The B17 (2013-2019) and the current B18 (2020 and up) moved the entire Sentra lineup to 5 lugs on 5x114.3 and stayed there. The SR sport trim on the modern Sentra is a cosmetic and suspension package; the bolt pattern, hub bore, and base brake hardware on the SR match the rest of the B17 and B18 lineup.
