The modern lineup shares its underpinnings with the BMW 7 Series for the smaller cars and a dedicated platform for the larger Phantom and Cullinan. Rolls-Royce fitment splits between two bolt patterns. The Cullinan and Ghost (newer generations) use 5x112, shared with the modern BMW 7 Series and the broader BMW lineup. The Wraith and Dawn use 5x120, the older BMW 7 Series platform pattern. Most Rolls-Royce trims ship factory staggered or staggered-optional with wider rear wheels because of the luxury weight distribution and the wide rear tire packages. The Rolls-Royce Bolt Pattern Landscape

Rolls-Royce runs two bolt patterns that mirror the BMW 7 Series platform generations underneath.

The newer Ghost and Cullinan share the modern BMW 5x112 platform. The older Wraith and Dawn share the previous-generation BMW 5x120 platform. Wheels do not cross between the two pattern families.

How We Confirm Fitment

Element Wheels measures fitment on Rolls-Royce models we sell wheels for. For each chassis and brake combination we measure clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and any suspension components, brake caliper height, hub protrusion, lug height, and how much room the front wheel has when turning lock to lock. We do this on the car, not from a spec sheet.

That measurement work covers the most active Rolls-Royce platforms across the catalog. The Cullinan and newer Ghost are tracked on the 5x112 modern BMW platform. The Wraith and Dawn are tracked separately on the 5x120 older BMW platform. Brake clearance is consistent within each platform family but the offset windows differ between the four-door Ghost/Cullinan and the two-door Wraith/Dawn.
