Every Volkswagen ID.Buzz in our active catalog uses 5x112 with a 57.1mm hub bore and M14x1.5 lug bolts. The 5x112 / 57.1mm spec is the same passenger-car wheel interface used across the modern VW Group lineup including the Golf, GTI, Tiguan, Passat, Atlas, ID.4, and the smaller Audi cars. VW runs lug bolts on the ID.Buzz, not lug studs and nuts the way most American vans do. The lug bolt threads directly into the hub, the wheel sits between the head of the bolt and the hub face, and there is no fixed lug stud to align the wheel before tightening. This makes a hub-centric fit more important on the ID.Buzz than on a stud-and-nut van.

The ID.Buzz is also a heavy EV. The battery pack sits in the floor and the curb weight runs heavier than a comparable gas crossover. The load rating you choose on the tire side matters more than it would on a similarly-sized gas vehicle. EV launch torque also stresses the wheel and lug bolt interface harder than a gas van, so torque the lug bolts to spec and re-torque after the first 50 to 100 miles. Every Volkswagen ID.Buzz trim uses the same 5x112 bolt pattern, 57.1mm hub bore, and M14x1.5 lug bolts. The Pro S (rear wheel drive single motor), Pro S Plus (rear wheel drive single motor, longer feature list), and AWD (dual motor) variants all share the same wheel interface. Drivetrain is not a fitment-box axis on the ID.Buzz. The rear wheel drive and all wheel drive variants share the same bolt pattern, hub, diameter range, and width window. The AWD ID.Buzz is heavier because of the front motor, but the wheel fitment is the same. Trim level does not change the wheel bolt pattern or hub bore on any ID.Buzz. The optional staggered configuration (rear wheels wider than front) is supported across all trims.
