Buick Aftermarket Wheel Fitment
Buick is one of the longer running mainstream platforms in our customer base, with the Regal, LaCrosse, Enclave, and Encore anchoring the modern volume and the Grand National still pulling collector aftermarket interest decades after production ended. Buick fitment runs across several patterns depending on the era. The Regal, LaCrosse, Lucerne, LeSabre, Park Avenue, Century, Verano, Cascada, and most modern Buick sedans use 5x115 shared with much of the Cadillac and Chevrolet lineup. The Enclave uses a 6 lug pattern shared with the GMC Acadia and Chevrolet Traverse. The Encore runs 5x105 shared with the Chevrolet Trax and Sonic. The Grand National runs 5x120.65 (5x4.75). The Riviera, Rainier, and older Buicks each have their own pattern depending on the chassis. Element Wheels has measured fitment across the majority of Buick platforms in our 16-model catalog so the wheels we show you have been validated for your exact chassis. Pick your Buick model below and you can rest assured the wheels and rims will fit the way you want every time.

The Buick Bolt Pattern Landscape
Buick has more bolt patterns than the lineup size suggests because every model rides on a different GM chassis underneath.
Buick bolt patterns at a glance
Modern Buick sedans (Regal, LaCrosse, Lucerne, LeSabre, Park Avenue, Century, Verano, Cascada, Rendezvous, Terraza): 5x115. Shared with much of the modern Cadillac and Chevrolet lineup.
Enclave (2008-2026): 6x132 on the first generation, 6x120 on the second generation. Shared with the GMC Acadia and Chevrolet Traverse.
Encore (2013-2026): 5x105. Shared with the Chevrolet Trax and Sonic.
Grand National (1978-1987): 5x120.65 (also called 5x4.75). Shared with the Chevrolet Monte Carlo and El Camino of the same era.
Envision (2017-2026): 5x115 on the first generation, 5x120 on the second generation. The pattern changed mid-life cycle.
Rainier (2004-2007): 6x127 (6x5). Shared with the Chevrolet Trailblazer and GMC Envoy.
Riviera (older generations): 5x115 or 5x127 depending on the year. The boattail and final generation each ran different patterns.
The Enclave bolt pattern transition between the first and second generation is the most common surprise for buyers. The Grand National 5x120.65 collector market is its own world. Always confirm year and generation before assuming wheels carry over.
Buick Regal, Grand National, and Platform Sharing Across GM
The Regal carries the modern Buick aftermarket volume. The 5x115 pattern is shared with most of the Cadillac CT and ATS lineup, the Chevrolet Impala, and the Pontiac Grand Prix, which gives Regal owners a wide aftermarket selection. The Regal GS adds larger Brembo front brakes that demand more wheel clearance than the base Regal.
The Grand National is one of the longest running collector platforms in the aftermarket. The 5x120.65 (5x4.75) bolt pattern is shared with the Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS, El Camino, and Pontiac Firebird from the late 70s and 80s. The turbo Buick community is still active and the wheel selection on this pattern remains strong because of how many of these cars are still on the road.
The Enclave is where Buick fitment gets tricky. The first generation (2008-2017) ran 6x132. The second generation (2018-2026) moved to 6x120 to share with the redesigned GMC Acadia. The same model name uses two different bolt patterns depending on year. Confirm generation before assuming wheels carry across.
How Element handles Buick fitment
The Regal GS is tracked separately from the base Regal because of the Brembo front brake clearance. The Enclave is tracked separately by generation because the 6x132 first generation and 6x120 second generation use different bolt patterns. The Grand National runs its own 5x120.65 collector pattern. Every recommendation is validated against the actual chassis on your car.
How We Confirm Fitment
Element Wheels measures fitment on Buick models we sell wheels for. For each chassis and brake combination we measure clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and any suspension components, brake caliper height, hub protrusion, lug height, and how much room the front wheel has when turning lock to lock. We do this on the car, not from a spec sheet.
That measurement work covers the most active Buick platforms across the catalog. The Regal GS is tracked separately from the base Regal because of the Brembo brake clearance. The Enclave is tracked separately by generation because of the bolt pattern change between the first and second generation. The Grand National runs its own collector pattern. Older Riviera and Rainier generations are tracked separately by chassis.
Every wheel we recommend is backed by our Fitment Guarantee. If a wheel does not fit, we pick up the wheels and refund 100 percent. No risk to you.
Buick Wheel and Rim FAQ
What is the most popular Buick aftermarket platform?
The Regal leads Buick aftermarket volume, followed by the LaCrosse, Enclave, and Encore. The Grand National still pulls strong collector aftermarket interest decades after production ended.
What is the Buick bolt pattern?
It depends on the model. Modern Buick sedans use 5x115. The Enclave uses 6x132 (first generation) or 6x120 (second generation). The Encore uses 5x105. The Grand National uses 5x120.65. The Rainier used 6x127. Older Buicks vary by chassis.
Will Regal wheels fit a LaCrosse?
Yes. Both modern Regal and LaCrosse use 5x115. The brake clearance and offset windows differ slightly, especially on the Regal GS Brembo trim, but the bolt pattern crosses. Confirm offset and brake specs when cross shopping.
Did the Enclave bolt pattern change between generations?
Yes. The first generation Enclave (2008-2017) used 6x132. The second generation (2018-2026) moved to 6x120. Wheels do not cross between the two generations. Always confirm year before buying.
Are Buick wheels staggered?
Most modern Buicks ship square. The Grand National factory wheels were staggered with a wider rear, and aftermarket Grand National builds typically preserve the staggered setup. Modern aftermarket staggered builds are common on the Regal and LaCrosse as a styling choice.
What wheels fit a Grand National?
The Grand National runs 5x120.65 (5x4.75). This pattern is shared with the Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS, El Camino, Caprice, and Pontiac Firebird of the same era. Aftermarket selection is strong because of the active collector community.
How do I find wheels for my specific Buick?
Pick your Buick model from the list above. Each model page covers the generations we have measured, with bolt pattern, offset window, and fitment specifics for each year range and trim. If you are not sure which generation or trim you have, our team can identify your exact configuration from your VIN.
