Cadillac XTS Aftermarket Wheel Fitment

The Cadillac XTS is the full-size luxury sedan Cadillac sold from the 2013 through the 2019 model year on the GM Epsilon II platform. Production ended after the 2019 model year and the XTS slot at the top of Cadillac's sedan lineup was effectively handed to the CT6 (introduced 2016) before the CT6 itself was discontinued after the 2020 model year. The XTS was front-drive-based with AWD available on most trims and rode on the larger Epsilon II long-wheelbase chassis, a different platform from the rear-drive-based Sigma (1st-2nd gen CTS) and Alpha (3rd gen CTS, ATS) sedans Cadillac built in the same era. Element Wheels measures the XTS as a single catalog row covering both the standard XTS and the XTS V-Sport (the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF3 trim introduced for 2014), because the V-Sport carries the same 5x120 bolt pattern, the same 66.9mm hub bore, the same factory brake package, and the same wheel-width window as the rest of the XTS line. Every XTS we measure runs 5x120 with a 66.9mm hub bore.

Find Your Cadillac XTS Configuration

The XTS is a single catalog row in our measurement set. Standard XTS and XTS V-Sport (2014 and up) carry the same 5x120 / 66.9mm bolt pattern, the same wheel diameter window, and the same wheel-width window. The V-Sport adds the twin-turbocharged V6 powertrain but does not change the wheel-side specs.

The Cadillac XTS Bolt Pattern

Every Cadillac XTS uses 5x120 with a 66.9mm hub bore (2013 through 2019, standard XTS and V-Sport). Five lugs, M14x1.5 thread pitch, factory lug nuts. The XTS is one of the front-drive-based Cadillac sedans that picked up the 5x120 spec used across the rear-drive 2nd and 3rd gen CTS, the CTS-V (2nd and 3rd gen), and the modern CT5 and CT5-V. The hub bore at 66.9mm is the same as the modern CT5 and CT5-V and the same as the 2nd and 3rd gen CTS / CTS-V; it differs from the 70.3mm hub bore of the smaller ATS, the standard CT4, and the CT4-V.

The XTS chassis is front-drive-based on the long-wheelbase Epsilon II platform, not the rear-drive-based Sigma or Alpha platforms used by the CTS and ATS lines of the same era. That difference shows up in the offset window. The XTS is a square fitment front to rear (catalog FT=1, non-staggered) and the factory and our recommended aftermarket setups use the same width on all four corners. AWD is available on most XTS trims, and the AWD car needs to rotate tires evenly across all four corners, so even on RWD-style fitment requests we stay square on the XTS. Compare across the rest of the Cadillac lineup at our Cadillac wheels and rims hub.

Why the V-Sport Does Not Change Wheel Fit

The XTS V-Sport (2014-2019) is the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF3 trim that sits above the standard XTS. The V-Sport adds power, a torque-vectoring rear axle on AWD trims, and Brembo-branded front brakes on some packages, but the wheel-side specs are the same as the rest of the XTS line in our catalog measurement set. Same 5x120 bolt pattern. Same 66.9mm hub bore. Same wheel diameter window. Same wheel-width window. Same square fitment front to rear. We track the XTS as a single catalog row because the V-Sport does not change the wheel you can buy.

The factory brake package on the XTS, including the V-Sport, is a larger front caliper paired with a smaller rear caliper. That is the normal configuration on a large performance sedan, where the front axle does the majority of the braking work and the front rotor and caliper are scaled accordingly. The front wheel face needs to clear the larger front caliper, which is the main wheel-face clearance consideration on the XTS. We measure that clearance directly on the car and our published diameter window starts at 19 inch so the wheel face has room for the front caliper.

Element Wheels Measured Aftermarket Fitment, Cadillac XTS

Publishable factory and wheel specs across the XTS line:

  • XTS Sedan and XTS V-Sport (2013-2019, Epsilon II): 5x120 bolt pattern, 66.9mm hub bore. Element aftermarket diameter range: 19-22 inch. Aftermarket width: 8-9 inch all four corners. Square (non-staggered). Five-lug, M14x1.5 thread pitch. Front brake larger than rear.

For your exact aftermarket offset, three options:

  • 1. Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your specific XTS (each listing shows its own offset).
  • 2. Browse the XTS wheel gallery for real-life builds with size, offset, and tire spec captions.
  • 3. Call or chat with our team for a free fitment consultation.

Every wheel we recommend is backed by our Fitment Guarantee. If a wheel does not fit, we pick up the wheels and refund 100 percent. No risk to you.

How We Confirm Fitment on Cadillac XTS Wheels

Element Wheels measures fitment on the platforms we sell wheels for, including every XTS configuration from the 2013 launch through the 2019 final year. For the XTS that means clearance from the wheel to the fender on both axles, gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension, front brake caliper height (the larger front caliper is the main clearance constraint on the XTS), hub bore confirmation to the 66.9mm Cadillac hub, lug seat geometry on the 5x120 pattern, and turning clearance with the wheel and tire installed. At our fitment facility in Chandler, Arizona, the Element Wheels team measures directly on the physical platforms we support. We don't pull specs from manufacturer sheets the way most retailers do. That measurement work is what confirms the XTS as a single catalog row and what sets the 19 inch floor on our diameter window: smaller diameters do not clear the factory front brake package consistently.

Cadillac XTS Wheels and Rims FAQ

What is the bolt pattern on a Cadillac XTS?

Every Cadillac XTS, in standard sedan or V-Sport trim, runs 5x120 with a 66.9mm hub bore (2013-2019). Five lugs, M14x1.5 thread pitch. The spec stays constant across the production run.

XTS vs XTS V-Sport: do they take the same wheels?

Yes. Same 5x120 bolt pattern, same 66.9mm hub bore, same wheel diameter window, same wheel-width window. The V-Sport adds the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF3 powertrain and Brembo-branded front brakes on some packages, but the wheel-side specs are the same as the standard XTS in our catalog. A wheel built for a 2015 XTS sedan will bolt to a 2015 XTS V-Sport at the same offset.

Will Cadillac CT6 wheels fit an XTS?

Same bolt pattern and same hub bore at 5x120 / 66.9mm. The CT6 (2016-2020) shares the spec with the XTS. The two cars sit on different platforms (XTS on the front-drive-based Epsilon II long-wheelbase, CT6 on the rear-drive-based Omega platform), so the offset window and front brake clearance can differ between them. A CT6 wheel of the right offset and width can sometimes cross to an XTS, but confirm both offset and front brake clearance before ordering. CT6 fitment lives at /wheels/cadillac/ct6.

Will CTS or CT5 wheels fit an XTS?

Bolt pattern and hub bore match (5x120 / 66.9mm on the 2nd and 3rd gen CTS, the CTS-V from 2nd gen forward, the CT5, and the CT5-V). The XTS rides on a different chassis, however. The CTS, CT5, and their V variants are rear-drive-based sedans on Sigma or Alpha platforms, with offset windows tuned to the narrower track and the larger rear brake package on the V variants. The XTS is a front-drive-based AWD-available large sedan on the longer-wheelbase Epsilon II platform with a different offset window. Wheels can sometimes cross, but offset and front brake clearance need to be verified before ordering. The 1st gen CTS (2003-2007) is on the older 5x115 spec and will not bolt to an XTS at all.

RWD vs AWD on an XTS: does it change the wheel I can buy?

The XTS is front-drive-based, not rear-drive-based, so drivetrain split is front-drive or AWD rather than RWD or AWD. Same bolt pattern, hub bore, and wheel diameter window on both. Square fitment front to rear on every XTS. Drivetrain choice does not change the wheel you can buy.

Are Cadillac XTS wheels staggered?

No. Every XTS is a square fitment in our catalog (FT=1). Same width and diameter on all four corners. Both standard XTS and XTS V-Sport are square front to rear. The front-drive-based chassis and the available AWD system do not pair well with a staggered setup, and the factory ships square. We do not recommend running staggered on an XTS.

Do I need hub centric rings on a Cadillac XTS?

Hub centric rings only when the aftermarket wheel has a centerbore larger than 66.9mm. If you are running BMW-bored wheels (72.56mm) on an XTS, you will need a 72.56-to-66.9mm hub centric ring to land the wheel hub-centric. If your fitment needs rings, they'll be included with the order.

How do I find the right wheels for my specific Cadillac XTS?

The XTS is a single catalog row, so the search is simple. Every standard XTS and every XTS V-Sport (2013-2019) is 5x120 / 66.9mm, square fitment, 19-22 inch diameter window, 8-9 inch width all four corners. Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your specific XTS and browse the wheel gallery for real-life builds with size and offset captions. If you are crossing wheels from a CT6 or a 2nd-3rd gen CTS, contact our team for a free fitment consultation before ordering. Every wheel we recommend is backed by the Fitment Guarantee.
