Dodge Dart Aftermarket Wheel Fitment

The Dodge Dart was Dodge's compact sedan for the 2013 through 2016 model years. It was the first Dodge car built on the Fiat-Chrysler CUSW platform, the same chassis architecture that underpins the second generation Chrysler 200 (2015-2017) and the Jeep Cherokee KL (2014-2023). The Dart ran SE, SXT, Limited, GT, and SRT-styled R/T trims across its production run. Every Dart we have measured uses a 5x110 bolt pattern with a 65.1mm hub bore and M12x1.25 lug nuts. The aftermarket window stays consistent across the trim ladder, including the GT, so a wheel that fits a base SE will fit a GT of the same year. The Dodge Dart Bolt Pattern and Lug Spec

Every 2013-2016 Dodge Dart uses 5x110 with a 65.1mm hub bore. The Dart inherits the bolt pattern from the Fiat-Chrysler CUSW chassis it sits on, and the same pattern carries over to the second generation Chrysler 200 (2015-2017) and the Jeep Cherokee KL (2014-2023) on the same platform. Wheels that fit a CUSW Chrysler 200 sedan or a Cherokee KL will physically bolt to a Dart at the hub level, though the fender geometry and aftermarket offset window are not identical across those vehicles, so a wheel that looks right on a Cherokee may sit deeper than expected on the lower-stance Dart sedan. The Dart uses M12x1.25 lug nuts on traditional studs (not the European lug bolt convention of the newer Stellantis Small Wide LWB cars), so the wheel mounts with a centering ring at the hub and torques to the studs through the wheel.

The detail to watch on this car: 5x110 is NOT the same as 5x114.3 (also called 5x4.5). The two patterns are roughly 4.3mm apart and the studs do not align across them. If a seller offers you "5x4.5" wheels for your Dart, the wheels are 5x114.3 and they will NOT fit. 5x110 has no equivalent imperial nickname, so any "5x4.x" listing should be a red flag on a Dart. How Dart Trim and Drivetrain Affect Wheel Choice

The Dart was offered exclusively as a front wheel drive sedan across its entire production run. There was no all wheel drive option and there was no rear wheel drive variant. Drivetrain is not a fitment box axis on the Dart because every Dart has the same drivetrain layout. What changed across the trim ladder was the engine (1.4L MultiAir Turbo, 2.0L Tigershark, 2.4L Tigershark) and the available wheel package, not the wheel mounting interface itself. The GT and R/T trims got larger factory wheel options, but the bolt pattern, hub bore, and lug spec are identical across SE, SXT, Aero, Limited, GT, and R/T.

The Dart runs square (matched front and rear) from the factory across every trim, and the aftermarket sticks to square. The compact sedan platform does not have the rear-biased width that justifies a staggered setup on a Challenger or a 911. Run matched wheel and tire sizes on all four corners.

The CUSW Platform: Dart, Chrysler 200, Jeep Cherokee KL

The Dart is one of three Fiat-Chrysler North American products built on the CUSW chassis. The second generation Chrysler 200 (2015-2017) and the Jeep Cherokee KL (2014-2023) share the same platform and the same 5x110 / 65.1mm hub interface. If you have owned one of those vehicles, the bolt math will look familiar. The first generation Chrysler 200 (2011-2014) is a separate carryover Sebring platform on 5x114.3 / 67.1mm and does NOT share fitment with the Dart. Customers occasionally cross-shop wheels between a Dart and a first gen 200 on the assumption that Chrysler-Dodge sedans of the same era share patterns. They do not. The platform is the determinant, not the badge.

Within the CUSW family the hub geometry crosses cleanly at the bolt pattern, hub bore, and lug spec level. The aftermarket offset window does not cross cleanly because each vehicle has its own fender geometry. A Cherokee KL on a 17-inch wheel with a low offset can sit aggressive on the SUV body and tuck on the lower-roof Dart sedan. We measure each platform separately and the Year/Make/Model search returns only wheels fit-tested on the vehicle you select.

How We Confirm Fitment on Dodge Dart Wheels

Element Wheels measures fitment on the Dart directly across the 2013-2016 production run. For the Dart that means clearance from the wheel to the fender on both axles, gap between the back of the wheel and the strut and suspension components, brake caliper height (the Dart runs equal-size brakes front and rear so the constraint is uniform across both axles), hub bore confirmation at 65.1mm, lug seat depth for the M12x1.25 thread, and turning clearance on the front at full lock. At our fitment facility in Chandler, Arizona, the Element Wheels team measures directly on the physical platforms we support. We don't pull specs from manufacturer sheets the way most retailers do.

That measurement work is what lets us call out the 5x110 versus 5x114.3 risk on this car directly. We have seen customers come to us after another shop sold them 5x114.3 wheels for their Dart on the assumption that "all Dodge sedans use the same pattern." The Dart does not share its bolt pattern with the Charger or the Challenger (both 5x115) or with the older Avenger sedan (5x114.3). The Dart is on its own CUSW family within the Dodge lineup, and the pattern only crosses to the second generation Chrysler 200 and the Jeep Cherokee KL.
