The wheel interface splits in two: Audi spec'd 5x112 / 66.56mm for the RS Q8 and the rest of the Q7 4M / Q8 / SQ8 family, while Porsche, Bentley, and Lamborghini spec'd 5x130 / 71.5-71.6mm for the Cayenne, Bentayga, and Urus. Wheels do not cross between the two camps. The RS Q8 has the widest stock fitment of any car in the 5x112 Audi MLB Evo family and runs the largest factory brake package, with steel Brembo brakes standard and carbon ceramic Brembos optional. The Audi RS Q8 Bolt Pattern

Every RS Q8 in our catalog runs 5x112 with a 66.56mm hub bore and M14x1.5 lug bolts. Audi runs lug bolts on the RS Q8, not studs and nuts the way most American and Asian SUVs do. The lug bolt threads directly into the hub, the wheel sits between the head of the bolt and the hub face, and there is no lug stud to align the wheel before tightening. This makes a hub-centric fit more important on an RS Q8 than on a stud-and-nut SUV.

The RS Q8 lives on the MLB Evo chassis architecture, the VW Group's shared full-size luxury SUV platform. That architecture also carries the second-generation Audi Q7 (4M), the Audi Q8, the SQ8, the third-generation Porsche Cayenne, the current Volkswagen Touareg, the Bentley Bentayga, and the Lamborghini Urus. The wheel interface splits in two camps within that architecture. The Q7 4M, Q8, SQ8, and RS Q8 share the 5x112 / 66.56mm wheel interface and the wheels bolt to the same hub (offset and brake clearance still vary). The Cayenne, Bentayga, Urus, and NA-market Touareg all run 5x130 with a 71.5-71.6mm centerbore: a completely different bolt pattern, and those wheels do NOT bolt to the RS Q8. The RS Q8 has the widest stock fitment and the largest brake of any model in the 5x112 Audi camp, so an RS Q8 wheel is generally sized for the widest fender opening and the largest caliper face in that group. Why the RS Q8 Brake Option and Staggered Choice Determine Wheel Fit

The RS Q8 ships with steel Brembo brakes as standard and carbon ceramic Brembo brakes as a factory option. Both are oversized relative to the standard Q8 and SQ8. The steel Brembo package on the front is one of the largest production brakes Audi ships, and the carbon ceramic option adds even more rotor and caliper face. The practical consequence for wheels is the offset window. Both brake configurations land in a similar offset range in our catalog, and both clear our 22 to 24 inch diameter window with the right wheel face shape. The carbon ceramic package does NOT push the minimum diameter higher than the steel package, but it does tighten the wheel face curvature options behind the caliper face.

The RS Q8 is the one variant in the Q8 family where the catalog supports an optional true staggered fitment, with a wider rear (11 to 13 inch) than the front (10 to 11 inch). Quattro AWD is standard on every RS Q8, and the wider rear is consistent with the way the RS Q8 is rear-biased in its torque split under hard acceleration. Customers can run square (same width front and rear) or true-staggered. Both are factory-supported configurations on this variant.
