The Dodge Durango has run across three distinct generations since 1998 and each one uses a different bolt pattern. The 1st gen DN Durango (1998-2003) ran 6x114.3 with a 71.5mm hub bore on the body-on-frame truck platform shared with the Dakota pickup. The 2nd gen HB Durango (2004-2010) moved to 5x139.7 with a 71.5mm hub bore on the body-on-frame Aspen platform. The 3rd gen WD Durango (2011 and up) runs 5x127 with a 71.5mm hub bore on the unibody platform shared with the Jeep Grand Cherokee. The wheels do not interchange across the three generations. Inside the 3rd gen run, the buying decision is trim: non-SRT 5.7L Hemi, SRT392, Hellcat, and the Brembo brake variants each ship a different caliper and a different fitment window. The Dodge Durango Bolt Pattern

The Durango uses three different bolt patterns across three generations. The 1st gen DN Durango (1998-2003) runs 6x114.3 with a 71.5mm hub bore. The 2nd gen HB Durango (2004-2010) runs 5x139.7 (also called 5x5.5 in imperial because 139.7mm equals 5.5 inches) with a 71.5mm hub bore. The 3rd gen WD Durango (2011 and up) runs 5x127 (also called 5x5 in imperial) with a 71.5mm hub bore and an M14x1.5 thread on 5 lug nuts. The hub bore stayed constant across all three generations at 71.5mm, but the bolt pattern changed at every generation transition. The wheels do not cross between the three generations.

On the 3rd gen, the 5x127 bolt pattern is shared with the Jeep Grand Cherokee (WK2 from 2011 forward and WL from 2022 forward), which is the same chassis as the Durango. Jeep Grand Cherokee wheels and Durango wheels are interchangeable on bolt pattern within the same brake-package combination. Why Trim and Brake Package Drive 3rd Gen Durango Wheel Buying

On the 3rd gen Durango (2011 and up), the 5x127 bolt pattern is uniform across the entire lineup, so the trim badge does most of the deciding for you on wheel choice. The non-SRT trims (SXT, GT, Citadel, R/T) run the standard brake caliper and have the widest aftermarket fitment window. The SRT392 (2018 and up) ships with a 6-piston Brembo front caliper that narrows the inner clearance window. The Hellcat (2021 and up) ships the same caliper hardware as the SRT392 plus the 710 horsepower supercharged 6.2L Hemi and the same fitment window. The Non-SRT with Brembo trim (2021 and up R/T Premium with the optional Brembo package) is a hybrid: the chassis is non-SRT but the brake caliper is the SRT-grade Brembo, so it shares the SRT's inner clearance window. The Widebody Brembo variant (2014 and up) has a wider factory fender package and accepts a wider rear wheel.

Because every 3rd gen Durango is AWD from the factory, stagger is not workable on the platform. The AWD drivetrain requires matched wheel sizes front and rear. Running a wider rear wheel on a different diameter forces the transfer case to handle a rotational speed mismatch the system was not designed for. Every 3rd gen Durango variant in our catalog is tracked as a non-staggered fitment. The 1st gen DN was available in 2WD and 4WD and the 2nd gen HB was available in RWD and AWD. Both of those platforms can run square or mild stagger if the drivetrain is RWD only.
